INSTRUCTIONS

1. Job Profile : Executives will be required to post Ads on various Indian Free Ad sites on the net on behalf of

PERFECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES or on behalf of its clients, according to periodic instructions given by the management.

2. Ad Text : Suitable Headers and Ad Texts will be provided to Executives by the Management. Executives must ensure that the

Text provided is not tampered with nor corrupted in any manner. As some of the sites do not accept ads certain number of

characters, you may edit only to reduce the size of the ad.

3. Payments : One Ad to be posted Three  times in one website with three different City and this will be considered

as one ad posting, Website remain the same just city will be different. (Eg: Bangalore, Mysore & Tumkur)

4. Mode of Payments : Payments will be made between 10th to 15th of every month by Cash / Cheque only for the Ads posted

correctly according to the given instructions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. REPORT SHEET : has to be sent on every Friday within the due date-10th of every month.

 2. PENALTY : if report sheet not sent for two weeks, posting of each ads on identical links, repeating the same ad 

within 30 days under different heading/ categories / classification in the same website will attract a penalty of

Rs.50/- (sheme A), Rs.100/- (sheme B), Rs.200/- (sheme C) and Rs.500/- (sheme D).
